Perimenopause Health Coach Specialist
Hi! I’m a nurse practitioner turned perimenopause health coach, passionate about helping women navigate this transformative season with strength, clarity, and confidence.
My path to this work isn’t just professional, it’s deeply personal. At 41, I had my son, and looking back, I realize I was likely in perimenopause and postpartum at the same time. Like many women, I didn’t know what I didn’t know: that my fatigue, mood swings, changes in body composition, and sleep struggles weren’t “just getting older” or “just new mom life”, they were signs my hormones were shifting. If I’d known then what I know now, I would have supported my body differently: lifting weights instead of overdoing HIIT, prioritizing recovery, nourishing myself for hormone health, and giving myself permission to slow down instead of pushing harder.
That lived experience, combined with over 25 years in medicine, inspired me to shift my focus: from simply treating symptoms to empowering women with education, strategy, and support. I believe perimenopause isn’t the beginning of decline, it’s an invitation to step into a new kind of power. My mission is to help women like you see midlife not as something to “get through,” but as a time to build muscle, protect your bones and brain, rebalance hormones, and age powerfully, with intention and self-compassion.
Outside of work, you’ll find me lifting weights, sneaking in a quiet morning coffee before my little one wakes, or planning our next family trip (yes, my suitcase always includes magnesium, protein powder, and supplements, because feeling good matters everywhere).
I’m so glad you’re here. Thank you for being part of this community. You deserve support and real, evidence-based guidance on your journey. Together, we’ll rewrite what it means to thrive in midlife.

It All Started When...
I found myself two years postpartum, staring into the mirror and wondering why my body, my energy, and even my mood felt so unfamiliar. I was 41 when I had my son, and like so many women, I thought I’d eventually “bounce back.” But the baby weight clung stubbornly despite my best efforts. I was eating clean, squeezing in workouts whenever my toddler napped, and pushing myself to keep it all together.
At the same time, life felt like it was in fast-forward: we moved back to our home state, I was learning how to rebuild a community, and the world was still deep in the uncertainty of the COVID pandemic. Most days, I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and frustrated with my own reflection. The scale wouldn’t budge, my patience felt thin, and sleep was broken at best.
I kept telling myself this was just postpartum life, but deep down, something felt different. After years in medicine, I finally stepped back and looked at my own labs, my symptoms, and the bigger picture, and it hit me: I wasn’t just postpartum. I was also in perimenopause. The hormonal shifts, the stubborn weight, the mood swings, the brain fog… it all finally made sense.
Looking back, I wish I’d known sooner. I wish someone had told me it wasn’t about pushing harder or dieting more, it was about supporting my body differently. Strength training instead of endless cardio. Nourishing my hormones, not restricting. Giving myself permission to rest instead of wearing exhaustion as a badge of honor.
That realization lit a spark in me, one that combined over two decades of medical experience with my own lived journey. Because if I, with all my training, could miss the signs, how many other women were silently struggling too? That’s why I do what I do now: to help women understand what’s really happening in their bodies, and to guide them to feel strong, confident, and powerful through perimenopause and beyond.
If you’re here reading this, please know: you’re not alone. And there is a way forward that feels better, gentler, and so much more empowering.
But Then Everything Changed...
I finally did what so many of us put off, I put myself first. I set boundaries, hired a coach and trainer to keep me accountable, and focused on what my body really needed: strength, nourishment, and rest.
The weight started to come off, my mood lifted, and I felt like me again. And now, I’m here to help you do the same, with real guidance, zero judgment, and full understanding of what this season feels like.
 Where I am now...
Today, I’m stronger, inside and out, because I stopped trying to fight my changing body and started working with it. That shift didn’t just transform my own life, it shaped everything I offer to the women I work with now.
Because I’ve been where you are: frustrated by stubborn weight, exhausted from doing everything for everyone else, and overwhelmed by mixed messages about midlife and hormones. And because of that, I built my programs to be the guide I wish I’d had: clear, evidence-based, and deeply personal.
Now, I help women in perimenopause and midlife cut through the noise, understand what’s really happening in their bodies, and create a plan that feels doable and empowering, not punishing. We focus on strength training that protects your bones and metabolism, nutrition that supports hormones (without obsession), and mindset work that helps you set boundaries and put yourself back on your own list.
It isn’t just about weight loss, it’s about rebuilding trust with your body, aging powerfully, and feeling confident in this next chapter. That’s the silver lining of my journey: turning struggle into strategy, and lived experience into real solutions that help women like you thrive.
